How do duplicate licenses or product editions work in the product manager?

I picked up licenses for T-Racks 6 Pro and ToneX standard, already having the MAX version for each through TS5 Max. I see everything in my user area but in the product manager the “lower” editions don’t seem to be available for install.

possibly making it less expensive to upgrade from Omnisphere 1 or 2 vs the older Atmosphere. IIRC Omnisphere 1 had all of Atmosphere built in?

and wow, Omnisphere 2 is already 10 years old…
