I think these are the folks (Ocean Swift Synthesis) that decided to stop marketing their VSTs a couple years ago and made them freeware? Not that is matters if you find this product worthwhile.

Yep, they are still giving them on the ‘Legacy’ page of the site, but since then there was one commercial Kontakt instrument released (it’s actually used in the demo video above), some wavetable packs, now this. And I see potential in that one.
