LinkedMusicians Mixtapes

As a kid, you may have made mixtapes — depending on your age, on cassettes, CDs, or Spotify — a collection of songs you love for friends or crushes. Some of us obsessive music nerds made Mixtapes to expose our friends, fellow musicians, and bandmates to new artists and new music. That’s the spirit of LinkedMusicians Mixtapes.

Our hope is to expose you to new music from our community members that we believe are producing music at a very high level that deserves more exposure. LinkedMusicians Mixtapes are largely compiled from our listening to music shared in the LinkedMusicians “Share Your Music” forum, as well as our awareness of some of our members’ music.

In the future, we’ll be expanding LinkedMusicians Mixtapes to include Mixtapes made by our members of indie artists that they feel deserve a listen. In the meantime, we recommend opening up the rest of the site in another tab and use this one to enjoy a Mixtape or two while you enjoy the site.
