It is very sweet to see the Pianoverse pianos selling for $29.99! That’s definitely tempting me. I’d love to hear from anyone who has these. I mainly do rock and folk-ish rock / singer songwriter productions.  I’d love to get some recommendations. Even though I have a great Yamaha Grand, I really like the demos of Grand Piano Y7. The Yamaha Upright has a preset — on the Carousel demo, that I just love.

The other pianos I’m looking at are Black Diamond B280 — the tone reminds me of Keith Emerson’s ELP piano on Triology — an album I adored as a boy even though I know he played a Steinway:
