PB makes you log in and then tells me I’m not eligible for this deal. No sign of a normal purchase and then verify process- just tells me I’m ineligible. I own v1 but have no idea how they would know that (or otherwise).

I own V2 and the page showed that I was ineligible too. I used Plugin Boutique’s form to let them know about the situation and will update this thread after they respond to me.

No response. I’ll send something over to my affiliate contact today, even though she’s not customer support, I can tell her how my community members have the same problem. So, I would guess that I won’t hear back until Monday. I’ll update this thread when I do hear back.

I bought upgrade from V1 to V3 from PB. I sent them proof of purchase and they sent me a link to purchase. I registered the serial at UAD.
