This is a good reason to subscribe to the deals forum and automatically be alerted of new deals. Sometimes they expire pretty quickly.

No other developer is more prolifically producing high-quality free Kontakt Player instruments than Fracture Sounds. I really look forward to every new Blueprint release they do and every one of them has made it to the list of Best Free Kontakt Instruments. I suspect this one will soon be on the list too. I absolutely love their work.

I updated but cannot see any way to select my MIDI keyboard for input in the standalone player.

They seem to have removed the Audio/MIDI setup. Works fine in a DAW though.

Not a problem for me as I usually use Falcon anyway.

I had a chance to try this out yesterday and loved it more than I expected. As I mostly do acoustic based instruments and maybe electric guitar and bass, I didn’t think I’d be so into this, but after playing around with it, it’s not as limited as I expected it to be, and I had a blast with it.
