how do i embed the video?

so for youtube vids to embed one has to use the the tracky “share” button link, not the web url ( which is copyable without tracking)

I want this GROUP to be the place where everyone in the EARLY ADOPTERS GROUP can share our thoughts on the site, positive and negative, feedback is really important, post any questions and report any issues you come across.

I previously had the ability to make sticky posts, but had to shelve it — at least temporarily — due to the fact that it stopped messages from working. That’s also the reason that the design of many parts of the site have changed. I turned off that functionality until it can be fixed.

If you notice that some of the design went away, that’s because I just de-activated a plugin that was responsible for that formatting. I found that it caused the personal messaging to stop working and am contacting that developer to see if there’s a fix. Consequently, messaging now works.

Couple of observations.
1) I was messing with my profile and I guess I figured out how to add info fields. I made a date field but I can’t seem to delete it.
2) The email notification settings have slide buttons but it is not clear to me which position relates to “email or no-email”

Thanks for the update. I caught a major problem with the messaging that I was able to resolve. But the site design will look a bit different as a result. It’s a plugin from a different developer than the one I’ve been working with, and I’ll be putting in a request to see if we can get it fixed. The plugin added a lot of functionality.

I just found a problem with the messaging and put in a request with the developer. When I went to create a message the screen turned white and never changed. Bug number one found and reported. I did test it prior to the developer activating a plugin that gave the site a bunch of enhancements, so I think I know the culprit and I may have to…Read More
