I hate to leave negative comments because I’m grateful to software developers who’ve made it possible for me to work at any darn hour I please, but I have to leave a warning about this company. Short version: I bought Mixchecker Pro at Plugin Boutique, and when I tried to download it from Audified my serial didn’t work. I wrote Audified customer service, and after a polite back-and-forth they requested proof that I’d bought Mixchecker Pro. I sent them a screenshot of the page at Plugin Boutique, and since then . . . nothing. I’ve followed up a couple of times, and still no response. So, you know. Buyer beware.

Hey, I created this place to be an environment where actual paying customers of products and services could share their honest experiences, not just post “this is great” remarks. And I’ll be honest, the inspiration was Mike Greene of VI-Control, bullying and threatening me with intimidation after I shared a story of how one of his pal developers and VI-Control advertisers had not responded to my customer support requests for nearly 11 months. Greene — behind the scenes — contacted me after I shared the experience on his forum — we had known each other for around 10 years or so at the time and were connected on Facebook — and told me that he wasn’t going to protect me from being bullied and defamed by his pals, Paolo (the owner of Fluffy Audio, re-peat, and NYC Composer, all the same group of individuals that would bully Kirk Hunter at VI-Control that I tried to resolve with the previous owner), which is exactly what happened while Greene sent sadistic DMs to me mocking what was going on behind the scenes telling me that I should learn my lesson not to share negative experiences with advertising developers at VI-Control (developers at VI-Control know that Greene operates this way and does all sorts of things like this at his forum; the forum just has so many users, that it’s an important place for developers to be). So, I’m very passionate about making this a place where that kind of stuff doesn’t happen.
I’m sorry about your negative experience and hope that you can soon get it resolved. Did you tell Plugin Boutique about what happened? I would turn to them to intervene. I strongly expect that would put pressure on the developer to resolve things with you. You could share it here — where I’m an affiliate—— and even link to it with Plugin Boutique, documenting your entire experience. I won’t censor anything. I want to see you get things worked out. If either business doesn’t do the right thing, I would want it exposed. But my expectation is that Plugin Boutique will work with you to get a resolution.
