Multi-effect $59 Intro and $99 Regular, I guess?
EDIT-
I took out a comment on upgrade costing $49- That was the price I was shown when I logged in, but version 2.0 is listed in my downloads. It may just have all the 2.0 additions locked out. Not clear to me at this point. I found this on their site, so I guess it is free for V1 owners.
-EDIT
They are also running an anniversary sale “40%+ Off” May 15-June 8
What’s new in Beam 2:
Use all BEAM effects as standalone plugins
check icon New Effect: Haze (Chorus, Dispersion, Reverb)
check icon 80 New Impulses (Tonal, Dispersion, and Noise Blur)
check icon 60 New Node Presets
check icon Major filter updates with new filter types and rolloff control
check icon Modulation updates with new LFO and sidechaining
check icon Mid-side control per path
check icon Major performance optimizations and UI improvements
check icon 50% faster user interface
check icon QOL features like setting a default patch
This upgrade thing is not making sense to me. Quote from Lunacy site (emphasis mine):
BEAM 2.0 breaks new ground by making every BEAM effect available as a standalone plugin. These are completely free for existing BEAM owners. New users can access these powerful tools individually, allowing you to get only what you need.
I own Beam version 1. After installing version 2, four of the six effects do not work and I see this instead (“Time” is one of the FX):

So, there ya go.
