Thing about Sonnox Oxford Limiter for $29. I use Waves Magic Mushroom, Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor and T-Racks One depending on what we are trying to accomplish with a mix. I also sometimes “post process” with Lurssen.

Anyone using (or used to use) the Sonnox Limiter?

Our family had a lot of fun with those games back in the day. Those LucasArts classics hold up well over time. Still fun to play and the artwork, animation and voice acting is first class

Tempting – I’m on 19 through Humble Bundle. Pretty used to the software and can get multi camera music videos edited fairly quickly (aligned with mix down from multi track). What’s attractive in this version is automatic alignment of each camera’s track.

Done – love Nembrini amp sims – I practice bass through the B15N. It sounds and plays just like the actual Ampeg B15N bass amp.

I’ve read that Phil had elaborate amplification at one time where each string went to different amp/cabs in addition to bi/amp for low and high.

I have a Dell Precision 5810 that is about 50 percent faster than my current music computer and has 4 times the RAM but I haven’t bothered to migrate to it because the installs/activations. So yes, I do dread doing a full reinstall 😐

I’m using Reaper for tracking and midi track recording/editing and Reaper for mixing

There is just one computer running Cakewalk in the physical studio. We’re using the AudioMovers ListenTo plugin (works  very well for reasonable subscription) in the master channel to stream the mix to while he connects remotely using JumpDesk.
