I am so not a lawyer, but it is under their liability section. I interpret the meaning to be that you can’t hold them liable for your using their software. If you create a tune using it and pay xyz to distribute it (first mistake) and nobody buys your song, you can’t sue them to recover your expenditure to xyz.
