My purchases after December 2022 are missing from “My Products” but everything is in “My Orders”. Importantly, the serials (including recent) are viewable by clicking the folder icon in “My Orders”. My “BestCoin” balance looks about right from what I recall. I sent them a note, but I am not concerned.

Well that was fast. I got a email reply timestamped 15 minutes after the query I sent. All restored.
