Hi all

I would like to share with you my experience with Eventide after contact them.

I told them that I had two products purchased in their systems (DeBoom and Sheen Machine) without register into iLok.

As @mira told in this thread, they said me that I had to be registered them by January 31, 2025.

I understand this and I didn’t know anything about it.
From my point of view, they didn’t share anything about it, in the email received with the order detail and in the pdf invoice received in three different email messages.

The result of my communication with Eventide is one email only replying me that they added both products in my iLok account as a courtesy.

Kudos to Eventide because while they didn’t mention a deadline for registering for iLok in their emails, they weren’t required to do anything further, and yet they did.
