A new open source DAW named MAGDA is on the scene and it incorporates AI. Its developer, Luca, was inspired by current DAWs, including Bitwig, Ableton, and Reaper. Like other popular DAWs MAGDA tracks are hybrid, containing MIDI and audio. The developer refers to the new DAW as, “built for automation, transformation, and fast musical iteration.” For MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
