I’m easily impressed by synths, so it was pretty impressive how unimpressed I was with this one when I looked at the videos on YouTube. I can’t put my finger on it, but it felt like the whitest CEO of the biggest Fortune 500 company tried to blend in with the boyz in South Central by putting on a baseball cap.

FTR, my rule in life is that it’s fair game to poke fun at any group you’re a part of. IRL, that means I regularly poke fun at white guys, middle-aged guys, dads, clueless husbands, Americans, Italian-Americans, Chicagoans, drummers, rock musicians and marketers. Poking fun at other groups, that’s another thing. Just as an example. I was born with a hearing defect and sometimes can talk at a louder volume without realizing it, and when I find myself doing it – I’ve explained, am I loud because of a hearing issue or is it my Italian genes? I’m thinking it’s more of the Italian genes!
