My guess is that, because it’s a small shop, sometimes the owners load up the new sales and forget to exclude it from discount codes when the developer doesn’t permit it or there’s not enough profit margin to allow for it.

Makes sense.  I normally wouldn’t be so swayed by a $7.00 difference but I just bought an expensive, used hardware synth and I’m not feeling flush.

I sold a painful amount of gear to buy a Moog Matriarch.  A portion of the cash outlay was my Christmas present from my family, so I have to wait until the holidays to dig in.  I can’t wait , though.  I haven’t been so giddy in ages.
