It’s based on a real Fender Stratocaster, warm sound that defined so many records in the early 80s.

Think Purple Rain, Every Breath You Take, Africa, or those clean, emotional tones from Hall & Oates and Christopher Cross.
Smooth chorus, lush reverb, and a relaxed groove — that’s the spirit.

It’s completely free and fully functional, not a demo or a cut-down version.
You just need Kontakt 6 Full Version (or newer) to use it.

I love the sound of it. It has a clear, bright tone great for laying down whole note, “strummed” chords. It really does bring to mmind the sound of a time, that era which is so special to many of us.

If it included legato / note-on / pull-offs I suppose it would not be free. I only wish it had up & downstroke keys to play the preceding notes or chords. But for this price I’m certainly not complaining. A very generous offering from Andrea of Pettinhouse.
