Been waiting for this. It looks a lot like ChordJam, which Mario worked on for AudioModern. I didn’t care for that one, but I need to have a look at this because his Arp (Harmony Bloom) is excellent. I am not seeing a demo option, but he is offering a 30 day return policy.
If you are on Mario’s Discord he posted a coupon there for a discount on Chord Generator.
Thanks Brian.
As an early adopter of Harmony Bloom (at full price), I’m slightly annoyed that he would post a coupon somewhere on a Discord server, rather than send it directly to all his patrons. Any ideas how you get on the discord server? Cheers

I am in the same situation and I would like to know about that Discord server
Anyway, I have found a coupon
The s1gns coupon is for a 10% off (via @s1gns0fl1fe)
I don’t know about that other coupon in the Discord server
I could try to contact with Mario to ask him about it. I was talking with him today via email (he lives in my country).

Here is the discord invite: https://discord.com/invite/rUpepnVU8H
This would be a clever signature if I could think of one.
Hmmm… Tempting! But well… Should I wait for a crazy price as seen (so often!) for Harmony Bloom (as low as $12 last week!)?
Sometime I hate those crazy pricing deals… There is never a kind of right and fair price afterwards. You never know when to buy. But well, yes, then you really know if you need it or not, right here, right now 🙂
BTW how do you get the @ thing to work on here? I note that in my message above “@Brian” is not highlighted blue, whereas @jorge and @Doug are, which suggests that the system didn’t pick it up as a reference to a member.
Is a good question because I have the same problem
The first @ used seems not work

My situation is different. I could wait, to see it cheaper, but I thought that I could help Mario for his work.
An independent developer that hold all (development, debugging, publishing, promotion,…) is too hard.
I suppose that it will be cheaper in a future, but I have wanted to support his work using the coupon without wait for future offers.
And… I don’t know if I will use it really.

I know what you mean, I feel the same too.
Gotta agree with you guys. I like to support devs, especially ones like Mario who has provided a lot of updates, livestreams etc in support of Harmony Bloom. Then again I paid full price for it, only to see it for $12 a few weeks later.
Regarding Chord Generator, I already have ChordJam which covers a lot of the same ground, so it’s not such an insta-buy (not to mention other chord gen software that I already own like Scaler 2, RapidComposer Pro 5, Sundog, BIAB, ChordPrism, Chord Potion, Chord Pulse, EzKeys 2….the list goes on).
The 15% discount is appreciated and I may just go ahead and get it depending on which other Christmas offers I go for. I am tempted by the Arturia $99 deal on V Collection X (I’m on version 8) and FX Collection 5 for $49. Hmmmm…need to decide soon!
Of course I went ahead and bought it. Rationalization that Mario really worked hard on Harmony Bloom long after release to include my and many others’ suggestions from the KVR/Discord channels. I am getting along better with it than I did Chord Jam, but I think the UI is still clunky. Presets sound nice, but creating my own chord patterns is not a smooth experience so far.- also an issue for me in Chord Jam. Scaler 2 is just top of the pile and has been since it came out. If you could create a pattern (complete phrase of chord changes) more easily in CG I think the editing features would give you a much finer tweaking control over the notes without dropping it to a MIDI editor and pushing them around manually. I want to trigger the chord pads via MIDI, but the screen layout does not favor using a chromatic keyboard. I am going to investigate using pads, but the screen pads also don’t favor a “standard” 4×4 matrix. Onward…

Thanks for the initial feedback Brian.
It doesn’t sound too bad, and if Mario updates it like he did Harmony Bloom then it could become a very useful tool.

@jorge, @zinct, @bluescat That is because Brian’s display name is different than his LM user name. You have to use the LM user name which in Brian’s case is bluescat.

So, this is interesting
Exciting news! Chord Generator by Marionieto World has just landed in the Audio Plugin Deals shop, and we’ve got a special treat for you as a valued APD customer and Harmony Bloom MINI owner.
You can grab this incredible MIDI tool for only $24 (regularly $29) with your exclusive discount code:
6Y3Z7NFX
My mistake- I guess this is about the same as the 15% off deal direct. (edit)

Thanks Brian @bluescat
The APD deal works out slightly better for me in USD (around 19 GBP).
Mario will be having a livestream today (in around 5 hours from the time of this post) in which he is using Chord Generator and Harmony Bloom together.
Should be fun! ….
@mustakatu Yeah I have watched some of his other Harmony Bloom livestreams, but not seen one before with Chord Generator and Harmony Bloom which is why I mentioned it.
I didn’t manage to catch it live but I will try and watch it today.
