Melodic Techno Studio Jam – Fun with analog

This one came together after a long weekend with lots of festivals and bands. Perhaps a bit ‘music’ tired, but there’s nothing like my little studio to get me in the mood. Nice beats, nice synths, overall nothing that stands out, except maybe the Malevolent, but still overall a fun one.

@nickblanc  I love this. The tone and melody of that lead synth line are just perfect—awesome. The leads at the end are very cool. I love your choices for the synth patches. They work great with your melody and rhythms.

I’ve put together LinkedMusicians Mixtapes to showcase some of the really talented community members who have shared their music. And I’ve been working on a Mixtape (okay, a SoundCloud playlist!) of your music. If you have this on there, I absolutely want to add it.

I realize this section is not seeing much activity. But our community is growing — it’s now significantly larger than the Cakewalk Forum group (not growing as fast as I would hoped, but it’s growing). So please, keep sharing! And encourage the other musicians too.

Yeah I will keep on posting it here. Stuff needs time to grow and what works is just being consistant. It doesn’t matter if the response is slow in the beginning, it will come.

Thanks, Nick! If you didn’t already notice, if you go to the upper right-hand column on this page (and other Forum pages) there is now a SoundCloud player embedded streaming the first LM Mixtape. I’m putting the compilations on there. I will work on making one with just my favorite songs of yours and also include some of your songs on a Mixtape that features electronic music that I’ll put on Forum pages to replace the current Mixtape (okay, it’s a playlist! But I’m calling them Mixtapes).
