I don’t know, this one doesn’t exclude items that are on sale, so this code is better than most NI codes. Put more simply, it’s for non-education license software purchases excluding updates. I don’t think that’s bad — and I agree that their typical holiday coupons only good on non-sale items are often meaningless to me. But this one doesn’t have that constraint, it’s removing a constraint, not adding one.
