Just wanted to share AcousticStrum, my latest Kontakt release.
It’s based on the Auto Strummer from AcousticGuitar 3.0, but now available as a standalone instrument for those who don’t need the full fingerpicking or manual styles.

This is not a cut-down version, it uses the exact same strumming engine from AG3, with all the key controls and features, redesigned patterns, and a streamlined experience.

What is AcousticStrum?
A fully automatic acoustic guitar strummer for Kontakt, featuring editable patterns, intelligent chord recognition, pick position and intensity control, and a smooth “legato chord” mode.

Highlights:

Same strumming engine as AcousticGuitar 3.0
No round-robin, no crossfades – each pick stroke is unique
Smart chord voicings triggered from simple keyboard input
Legato transitions between chords
Full control over pick intensity and position
Works with Kontakt Full 6.8.0+ (including Kontakt 7 and 8)

Intro price: $39 (For reference, AcousticGuitar 3.0 includes this same engine plus more, at $79 – so if you’re just after the strumming functionality, this might be the better fit.)
