So, apparently it installed wherever it wanted, instead of the folder I had specified… Fun!

The Starter UFS was in

C:\Program Files\UVISoundBanks\

and I also found a few others in

C:\Program Files\UltimateSoundBank\UVISoundBanks

I have transferred these now to my drive for sound banks (after updating preferences).
