From Steinberg support forum:

From 9 AM UTC on December 17, 2024, the Steinberg Download Assistant up to version 1.36.3 can no longer connect to our servers. This is due to an unfortunately unavoidable security-related certificate update.

Please start the Steinberg Download Assistant before this time to perform the automatic update to version 1.36.4.
