It could be triggered when the customer has the free version of a finisher effect. I bet if you emailed them and said that your friends got the free offer but you didn’t and you were wondering if you qualify, they may give you one.

I emailed them last night, and just got word back. The main bit is this:

UJAM is great. I purchased the “Music Creation Suite Upgrade 30+” to complete my UJAM collection on August 22 last year. Then they came out with SUBCraft in October. I asked support if it could be added to my account since I had recently upgraded to the complete collection. They told me I was past the grace period but they added it to my account anyway. That is how you treat loyal customers.

I wrote them because I am in the newsletter but I hadn’t received their email.

They replied me that my email was not included in their databases to receive the newsletter, but they added it into my account.

But I share with you that they have a problem with me because sometimes I receive emails from them and others no, and in my profile I can see the newsletter option activated and the “unsuscribe” option to check it if I want… but I don’t want to discuss with them about this.

Anyway, great support from UJAM in my experience.
