I have not tried the OTS 12-string so I can’t weigh in on that. But I can say that the AS 12-string sounds exactly like my fancy Taylor 12-string. Very well done. Once I heard it I didn’t need to try anything else. They both have demo MIDI files you can download and study to see how they work, which I highly recommend.

Do any of the other clippers do what this does (keep the small high frequency wiggles while clipping the large low frequency excursions)? Seems like a good thing to do.

I  wish his mandolin would have a variable speed tremolo not (necessarily) sync’d to DAW tempo. That would make it just about perfect.

This worked with Amplitube5 Max as well!

• MPE fix- Studio One / Options / Automation / Set “reduction level” to zero (0)”.  Numbers > 0 ( I think the default was 5? I forgot) will apparently throw away some of the MPE data stream, resulting in janky data recording that will NOT play back what you play in.
