That Reaper plugin to import Sonar projects seems to work pretty well as far as I have tested it.

When I was installing the Amon Tobin pack, I found Arturia LoFi Cartridge Vol 3 as a new free item in Analog Lab. Not sure how long it has been there but it has some decent sounds for that sort of thing.
