Just a reminder, Native Instrument’s Komplete 15 sale ends this Monday, July 2, 2025. I just got a reminder email from NI.

I added an edit to my post.  They let me know 15 minutes after my email that it was fixed, and it is.  I got the impression from a VI post from Best Service that they are working on getting all their data to sync in the next few days.  Until then it looks like they have to manually sync per account.

It would appear that all my orders are intact. My last purchase was June 9 and it appears in both My Orders and in My Products. Maybe it just took time to repopulate their database.

Purchases from orders since 2003 appear to be missing under My Products (i.e. the downloads section). But (and more importantly), the transaction data seems to be intact (along with serial numbers) under My Orders & BestCoin.
