In 8th grade there was always someone who played “Hot Dog” by Led Zeppelin on the jukebox.  Not that I hated that one but I just thought it was weird.

I guess I was lucky that it seemed like all the songs from my youth I hated weren’t really songs my friends liked.  I mean, I really hated “Don’t You Want Me Baby”, but so did my friends.

But none of the songs I hated in my youth compare to “You Oughtta Know”, because like “Believe”, it is one of the few songs which lowered the bar for songs which followed.
