I’ve got DriveShaper upgrade but it looks like the code is not working. It works to “buy” the upgrade but not to have it into my account, and support keeps asking me where did I get the code from.

From email:

”Thank you for your purchase.

Unfortunately we could not add DriveShaper 2 Upgrade to your account automatically, as there is no user with the email address <my_email>, who owns the necessary products or coupon codes.”

 

From customer support:
”since the code doesn’t appear to be registered to your account anyway, could you tell me where you got it, please, so I can authorise the other one?”

 

So I’ve answered:

“I’ve got the coupon like everyone else online: from LinkedMusicians, the best most positive forum for musicians. 🙂
