I just want to give my Kudos to IK for their resolution of an issue I had this week.  MANY years ago I bought Sampletank Max (physical package) on USB memory stick.  I had since noted that my in my upgrades to Total Studio Max 3, 4, 5  some of those ST sound packs were not installable from IK Product Manager (they were noted- “Install from USB drive”).  This has never been an issue for me because I have backups of my libraries and I just copied them over to new drives/systems over the years and they always worked when authorized.  I went digging for that old IK USB drive and couldn’t find it, so I decided to finally hit up IK tech support to get access fixed.  I got a canned response the next day saying that they didn’t understand the issue.  I replied with a detailed list of the facts/issue.  The next day I got a clearly human response with another request for more info (I admit that this is probably not a common issue, I am sure).  I sent a screen shot of the problem Sounds listed in IK PM.  Support hit me back in an hour thanking me and saying they would dig into it.  The next day they notified me that they fixed it, and I confirmed that the Sounds are all now installable on line.  Overall it took three business days, which I do not find at all unreasonable.  This was just a standard request using the IK web form.  I did not invoke the assistance of Peter II   BUT I am happy to see him here 😎
