Pecheneg Tremolo is a stalwart favorite. The graphics are especially nice:

The Waves Free Plugin Pack includes 9 plug-ins including FX and instruments. Not as extensive as MeldaProduction or Kilohearts, but high quality stuff:

There’s a slot in almost all of your categories for free FX from the MeldaProduction and Kilohearts bundles, so you might consider just letting those be assumed. Some products from those bundles are best-in-breed from ANY manufacturer, payware or freeware, IMO.

I built a DAW system for a friend a few weeks back and the number of high-quality free plug-ins I installed wound up being in the hundreds. The amount of great stuff available seems virtually endless, I had to just stop at some point so my friend could start using his system.
