I believe that Softube Tape was the first Softube plugin purchase I ever made several years ago. It made me a fan of the developer, and I still use it very regularly. I was going to pick up Waves J37, but with all of the issues with Waves — mainly WUP and the one machine license limitation — I still haven’t purchased it (hey, if it goes to $20 or less, I’ll probably pick it up, but short of that, between Softube Tape and the IK tape plugins I own, I don’t really have the desire) .

Oooh! And it has a Run/Stop button!

And it has a special multi-track crosstalk feature for Studio One users!

I’d buy this but I already have it.
