That’s a great question! Unfortunately, I spend my free time watching sample developers and mostly — as you can see — focus on plugins and sample libraries. It’d be awesome if anyone has the answer to your question. I’m already stretched far enough trying to keep up with the stuff I’m posting!

Not exactly music gear, but I picked up Loop earplugs at a discount. They are advertised as providing sound protection for live music and events. The “experience” and “switch” models are suppose to reduce sound more evenly so it sounds clear rather than muffled. My hearing has become more sensitive to loud volumes, so I’m hoping this might help make live music situations more comfortable for me.

I just bought a flat dual/quad USB charger. 20% off is better than nothing.
Studio One, Windows, RME UFX, Yamaha MSP7
I bought this (Streamdeck not in my current budget)
VSDINSIDE Macro Keypad, Stream Controller Deck Gaming Streaming Shortcut Keyboard, 18 Programmable Keys for $40.79
it is supposed to arrive today (Prime Day ends tonight).
I will post a quick review if it does.
Switch your focus just for gear deals for Prime Day!
I am looking for some vocals tracking headphones like Beyerdynamic dt 770 PRO X.
I have the Sony MDR 7506 and they sound so bad is uninspirational to record with those (in ears are worse).

Okay, I know that you’re just joking, but if anyone is ever game to post deals like I’ve been doing, I would be enormously grateful and can provide training and tips. With my tendinitis, it’s not really a good thing for me to do, but I realize that if I stop, this community would stop growing. But even now, from posting the deals I have today, my wrists and fingers are burning.
Volunteers wanted!!!

I love my mk I Elgato Stream Deck. And I can highly recommend it.
I can’t remember where I bought it, but it was more expensive than this price.
I mainly use mine to control macros in Studio One 7 Pro, and it’s a great time-saver.
All the best.
Present past for the future
My I’ve only had ‘VSD Inside’ review:
For DAW control the Elgato Stream Deck is probably the way to go.
There 3rd party companies (like sideshowfx ) that sell DAW specific profiles that map out everything and minimize the learning curve
or you can configure things yourself (StreamDeck the ultimate Ableton upgrade).
VSD Inside has plugins for Cubase and Nuendo but they require a per button configuration.
Still on the start of the learning curve with this so maybe it’s less hassle than I’m imagining it’s going to be.
Plugins, profiles, etc. are not interchangeable between StreamDeck and VSD Inside.
So still playing with VSD Inside.
Both systems require that you have their software always running in the background.
While it’s pretty, still debating on how much use I’ll actually get out of it.
