Fixes:

> OpenGL rendering removed due to a conflict with Ableton Live.

Changes:

> Fully updated for all current APIs, SDKs, and operating systems. macOS 10.12 support removed. Minimum is now 10.13

> Other Desert Cities has been normalized to the current AD standards; this includes getting the new style installer and new style preset manager, as well as a thorough cleaning of all APIs and SDKs.
