My recent purchases are missing since beginning of 2023
November 2022 is my last purchase shown. I was super excited to see things back up and I was told that the accounts would be working fully – and they expected it sometime this week. I’m going to email Marko. My guess is that they’re probably overwhelmed by people like you and me with years of missing orders.
Since I’ve already shared this, I’ll share the story of what happens in this thread.

Purchases from orders since 2003 appear to be missing under My Products (i.e. the downloads section). But (and more importantly), the transaction data seems to be intact (along with serial numbers) under My Orders & BestCoin.
I’m sure Best Service would be happy to relink available downloads on request; they might already be putting something in place to do so, but decided making the site available to be more important to do first.
In any case, I’m ok with this outcome.

I emailed Best Service right after my above post. A customer service representative replied to me and said everything was restored when he responded to my email — in 17 minutes (yes, I realize that the site was down 17 days, so maybe there is something to that number with Best Service) — on a Saturday, no less. So, Kudos to Tom S. and all at Best Service.
I’ll continue to buy from them and post their deals here. They have great prices, and I’ve been customer for at least several years. The response today (from Tom S.) and problem resolution was superb, far beyond my expectations. So I’m good with Best Service again.

My “BestCoin” balance looks about right from what I recall. I sent them a note, but I am not concerned.

Well that was fast. I got a email reply timestamped 15 minutes after the query I sent. All restored.

Based on my experience this morning, i’m confident that they’ll take care of you.
I’m sure that you’ll already share the outcome here, but just in case, please do, so everyone knows what happened. In my experience, they’ve been a stand up company. I think I already shared that their affiliate manager misunderstood a question about their policies and gave me a lecture on ethical affiliate marketing practices — that I loved! I reacted by telling him that I share his passion for doing things the right way, but I love how much he cares that he would go out of his way to strongly encourage someone to be ethical. I wish EVERY company held influencers to that standard, but they don’t, because (1) they realize that influencers won’t do it, and (2) they value the revenue influencers bring in far more than holding to ethical standards.
