Yes I was surprised it didn’t work in 7 but fine in 8 Player. Seems a bit strange not to be compatible with 7 this early but maybe it uses features of 8

I just spent some time with this library during lunch and it is really, really beautiful.

I’m not aware of any other sample library developer producing free sample libraries at the quality level as Fracture Sounds, and they’re putting them out at a fairly fast rate. FTR, I don’t know anyone at Fracture Sounds and have yet to make a purchase from them — even though I think they’ve earned it (I just over spent my budget for music-related purchases between Black Friday and Christmas last year).

I strongly recommend everyone who is interested in woodwind sample libraries pick this up. It’s excellent and makes my Best Free Kontakt Instruments list.
