@fretman I presently use iZotope Ozone to do my mastering, but I was contemplating picking up Slate Digital Virute — which is on sale for half off plus an extra 10% right now ($44.10). Have you checked that out, and if so, what do you tihnk?

Also, what are you presently using? I use Ozone basically because I don’t have the expertise or good enough hearing to do a good job. So, I rely on the AI and presets. But I think for $44, it would be nice to run my audio file through Ozone and Virtu and see which does a better job.

This review is of the online version of Virtu (I’m looking at the desktop version for Windows). Am I wrong in thinking that for $44 that it’s a bit of a no-brainer?

I use Ozone as well but I foresee a day when I dump my Izotope stuff and start using something else. I just don’t know what that  “something else” is yet.
