Most of what I’ve shared are recent recordings I’ve made of covers and songs I wrote decades ago. This one is a song I wrote and recorded a few years ago. It’s overly sentimental and a bit syrupy, but hey, it’s a Christmas song and it did come from the heart. For those of us who grew up celebrating Christmas — as with other celebrations — it holds very special family memories, and that’s what this was about.
