Yes, they had problems due a high volume of traffic, but now is working as expected

Although it was slow I managed to login, download and install okay.

It’s looking pretty nice overall, but I’m working my way through it at the moment.
Can’t complain for a free upgrade!

Sound quality of Serum is superb. Very impressed.

I always find it weird, however, when I buy a new synth and don’t receive some sort of welcome, training resources orienting, etc. email after purchase. I don’t really need one, but it seems an odd thing to omit and especially for something with the market penetration of Serum.
