VSTBuzz is now Part of Audio Plugin Deals [Not a Deal]

NOTE: I don’t know exactly what is really going on with VSTBuzz and AudoPluginDeals, however, this morning Audio Plugin Deals sent out an email with this information:

We’re thrilled to announce that VSTBuzz is now part of the Audio Plugin Deals family! To celebrate, we’ve just rolled out some fantastic updates to the VSTBuzz website, all designed to streamline your experience and make it even better to discover and purchase amazing VST plugins.
Here’s a quick rundown of the exciting changes:

Shorter Deal Durations: Deals will now run for one week only.

New Deal Schedule: New deals will launch every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

VST Plugins Only: We’re focusing exclusively on VST plugins from now on. This allows us to provide even higher-quality deals.

Homepage Redesign: We’ve given our homepage a fresh new look! It’s now easier than ever to navigate and find the information you need.

Anyone know if vstbuzz offers additional coupons on their sales like APD occasionally does? Got my eye on an item on sale (Sordina by Libre Wave) and a coupon would for sure solidify the buy

 

edit: quick research shows they had a 10% off Easter coupon so maybe there is hope of one showing up in time

The only thing is that they’re under different ownership now, so we can’t be certain that they’ll use the similar promotional tactics that worked for them in the past, but if the tactics were successful, they may. Plus, they’ll ikely use some of the same tactics that APD uses.

One thing about these deal sites like APD, VSTBuzz, etc. is that these sites are run by solopreneurs out of their homes and hide their full names, even their first names and people turn over their credit card info to them. It kind of blows me away. It’s such a shady way to operate a business and multiple developers have told me about some unsavory practices. But as I’ve used these two and never had any issues — only using PayPal, I’d never give them my credit card info even for the security risks alone — and that’s why I joined APD’s affiliate program. FTR, I would NEVER participate in an affiliate program with a business I didn’t think was trustworthy. The ones we have today are Plugin Boutique, Best Service, MeldaProductions, EasttWest (which I haven’t started using yet), and APD. I’m a long-time customer of all of them.

I’m responsible for one of the likes, but I didn’t try the code. I was just conveying my appreciation for fretman sharing. But after you post — a few minutes ago — I tried the code and it stated that the coupon has expired.
