It looks like they have lower prices than the Wave Alchemy sale at Plugin Boutique. Pulse is free with purchase at Plugin Boutique ($24 on sale at WA’s site, reg $49), whereas Radiance is reg. $79 at PIB. So, the more valuable freebie is at WA’s site.

I haven’t checked everything, but Wave Alchemy’s site has better prices than PIB on the few items I did notice.
