Dear friends at Linked Musicians, I wish you a wonderful holiday season and an incredible New Year.
2025 has been a year of major change across our industry. Between economic pressure and the fast rise of AI, many musicians have felt uncertain, and I’ve seen how this uncertainty can sometimes turn into frustration.
As a sample library producer, I’ve experienced these changes firsthand. I’ve also noticed moments of dissatisfaction that show up in the way we interact with each other, and I think it’s a clear sign that we need a healthier, more constructive space for creatives.
I chose Linked Musicians because of the genuine people here, and I’ve found a community that feels more aligned with who I am. I’m truly grateful to all of you, and to the founder of this platform. It’s also a pleasure to see more colleagues joining.
At the same time, I’ve been disappointed by political disputes and political arguments that too often kill creativity, reduce interest in music, and create misunderstandings and hostility.
I sincerely believe it’s time to make space for positive energy again, to restore the desire to create music, and above all to improve communication between sample library developers and the people who use our products.
My wish for 2026 is to hear new tracks from my friends, clients, and fellow composers. I’m also open to initiatives that support music composition. I’m working on something, and I won’t share details yet, but there will be wonderful news coming with Cinematic Alpha.
I’m sending a warm hug to you all, extended to your families as well. Thank you again for your precious presence.
