Sonora Cinematic is also running a Summer Sale on their paid libraries (end date unknown).  I found this recent YT video informative regarding running a small library company.

I added an edit to my post.  They let me know 15 minutes after my email that it was fixed, and it is.  I got the impression from a VI post from Best Service that they are working on getting all their data to sync in the next few days.  Until then it looks like they have to manually sync per account.

My purchases after December 2022 are missing from “My Products” but everything is in “My Orders”.  Importantly, the serials (including recent) are viewable by clicking the folder icon in “My Orders”. My “BestCoin” balance looks about right from what I recall.  I sent them a note, but I am not concerned.
