Brian started the topic Cableguys MIDIshaper update and sale continues? in the forum Virtual & Physical Music Gear Deals
Cableguys released version 1.6 of MIDI Shaper. I believe it is the last of their utilities that was VST2 only (now its also VST3)- been a few years since it was last updated. Their site says the BF sale ends Dec 8 but the sale prices are still posted.

Of course I went ahead and bought it. Rationalization that Mario really worked hard on Harmony Bloom long after release to include my and many others’ suggestions from the KVR/Discord channels. I agree that Musio is a crazy great deal. I am not really put off by their bespoke sample player. It is clean and easy to use. Lord knows I have a boatload of FX I can apply, although it would be nice to have more baked in presets. I like the quick preview and download as needed.
