Regardless of your thoughts about WUP, no one has gotten fired by using Waves.  They  make great  plugins. And this is a killer deal! It’s only a small leap from this to their Mercury collection.

Hmmm, this really intrigues me. It doesn’t claim to have AI yet it appears to automatically pick bow techniques based on how you play and what mode you’re in. Has anyone used it? Think it’s applicable for roots music?

I use the IR-Live Convolution Reverb ALL the time. The list in their IR library is quite impressive. It’s the only one that I’ve found that has The Ryman Auditorium.
