I think that’s the lowest it’s ever been.  As best as I can remember the best price to date has been $99, but anyone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

OK, I laughed all the way through, but this line made me howl:

This is definitely scratching my GAS itch.  I don’t know that I really need any PA plugins, but at $14.50 each I’ll have to take another look.
