That’s a great goal!  I’m really struck by what can be had either for free or on the cheap.  It’s a great time to be making music!

I got TH-U years ago and IMHO it, and the additional Chop Tones stuff, is great.  For a freebie it’s a definite no-brainer.

I remember when this guy popped up about 20 years ago it seemed to me he didn’t get much respect at all.  Over the years, though, it looks like he’s gained a really solid reputation for doing good stuff.

Got it and love it. Already liked Intensity a lot and this one is another winner IMO.

I’m demoing it right now, and it can most definitely add some secret sauce to a recording.

To me, Zynaptiq, Sonible and Softube are really setting a bar for plugins these days.
