i still think (i suggested this right back when you first suggested a new forum) that the forums should be broader to start with and then as the user base grows introduce more specific forums:
hardware
software
deals
generaltbh i’m a bit surprised and somewhat overwhelmed with the scope of this place already

Also, it just hit me. I just turned of and replaced a plugin that causing issues with posts not allowing replies or editing, that could have caused the problems you just reported. groups vs walls vs forums, it seems a bit overdone, and probably confusing for new users

lm home logo/link should be permanently placed, but it scrolls away with the lh nav, it should be fixed position somewhere

the left-hand nav is ugly (get rid of the visible scroll bar?) and a big bit of whitespace (tho black in dark theme) around the logo at the top
