Played with it for a couple of minutes with a mix I’m messing with, seems to work OK (does was its supposed to).
Added to my collection of widener/exciter plugins.

Note that in Cakewalk/Sonar for the VST3 you’ll need to search for it as it is not found under a UnitedPlugins folder.
