Our conversation has moved from our Forums and Social Media Groups to the LinkedMusicians subreddit please join us there!

UPDATE: Melodicle is presently in beta and in between updates at the moment. A new release is coming soon for our first game made specifically for music creators!
Whether you’ve been a part of our community since the early days or you’re just joining us now, welcome to our official subreddit. We know moving over to Reddit can feel like learning a whole new instrument, but we’re building this space to make connecting, sharing music, and finding deals faster and easier than ever.
To help everyone get their bearings, we’ve translated how this subreddit functions compared to the main website platform you already know.
If you are used to our main community site, here is how those features translate to this new space:
| What you used on the main site | What it is here on Reddit | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Main Forum Categories | The Subreddit Feed | Instead of clicking into separate sub-forums, everything lives in one main, dynamic stream. You can use the filters at the top to sort by Hot (trending), New (latest posts), or Top (highest voted). |
| Forum Tags & Topics | Post Flairs | On the main site, we use tags to organize topics. Here, every post is assigned a colored label called a Post Flair (like Deal, Software, Discussion). You can click on any flair to instantly filter the feed and only see posts under that specific category. |
| Linear Topic Replies | Nested Comment Threads | Main site forum replies happen sequentially, one after the other. Reddit uses nested threads. If you want to reply directly to someone’s comment, hit the reply button under their specific text. This keeps side-conversations organized and easy to follow. |
| LinkedMusicians Member Profiles | Reddit User Cards & Karma | While our main site features deep social profiles and activity streams, Reddit is more streamlined. Clicking a member’s username pulls up a quick “User Card” showing their Karma (a score reflecting how much they contribute positive, highly-voted content to the platform). |
